KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Respond to customers on chat
Use decision-making skills in responding for clients
Suggest, promote and guide clients on their specific needs.
Make use of the system in searching for products and answers
Converse with clients in a polite and professional manner
Offer proactive assistance to ensure that the sales process is closed

Dominican ID or valid work permit.
